- Mortadella Bundles
- (Fagottini di Mortadella)

- Ingredients:
-
3 and 1/2 oz (100 grams) ricotta cheese
1 yellow pepper, halved, seeded and finely chopped
4 shelled walnuts, chopped
4 thick slices mortadella, quartered
Salt
Directions:
Place the ricotta in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Add the yellow pepper and walnuts and season with salt.
Spoon a little of the ricotta mixture on to the point of each mortadella triangle and roll up.
Place the bundles in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serves 4.
