- Pancetta Crostini
- (Crostini con Pancetta)

- Ingredients:
-
2 tbsp deep frozen spinach
2 tbsp Fontina cheese diced
2 slices smoked pancetta (or rindless bacon)
1 tbsp butter
1 slice square loaf bread
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 garlic clove
1 leaf sage
Salt and pepper
Directions:

- Heat the oven to 320° F (180° C).

- Chop the pancetta and clean the garlic.
-
- Defreeze the spinach (microwave) and sauté
in a pan with butter and garlic.

- Brown the pancetta in a pan; toast the bread
slightly and cut into triangles or squares.
-
- Place the spinach on bread, then the
diced cheese, then the bacon.
-
- Grill for a few minutes in the oven.
